My Question or Issue

 

While buying one year standard (not a student) using UPI ,but page on Spotify payment said the transaction got failed. So I try a second time but cancelled transaction because the transaction of first try was deducted from my bank account.Now I don't have the premium plan and sum of Rs.1189 has been deducted from my account.Please refund my money or give me the premium access of 1 year ASAP.

1. Check Your Bank Statement: First, verify if the first transaction that failed has been fully processed or if it's pending. Sometimes, failed transactions can result in temporary holds on your account. If it shows as pending, it might automatically reverse within a few business days.

2. Contact Spotify Support: If the first payment is processed, and you still don't have access to the Premium plan, you should contact Spotify support as soon as possible. Explain the situation and provide details about the failed transaction, including the date and amount. They will be able to assist you with resolving the issue and either refunding your money or granting you the Premium access.

You can reach out to Spotify support through their official website or the support section in the Spotify app. They should be able to help you with this situation promptly.
