Money is charge from two of my bank accounts but i only have one spotify account

I have two bankaccount and money has been taken from spotify both of them even if i only have one user account for spotify. When I log in to my account it only shows one payment. I only have one e-mail adress.

In this case, we think you’ve might created a second account and subscribed to that one too. Are the charges on different dates? Check your other email inboxes for emails from Spotify that can give you a clue as to where the second account is registered. You can then cancel the second account by following the steps here. Just be sure to check you’re deleting the account without your playlists (check by signing in with both).
