Payment processing I have done troubleshooting same problem, funds are verified

I’m unable to process payment. I have logged out/ in, payment process with different device and waited days between. This is the same card I have been using for over a year, and yes funds are verified. I’m getting oops credit card is have a bad day... I have called bank and said issue is with Spotify. I just want my music back...

In this case, can you try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing? Does that help at all? Also, could you check if your payment card meets these requirements?

Like I have said my card is the exact card I have been using for months with no issues. I have tried to clear cache and cookies with the same result. I have verified that changes haven’t been made to account not to allow charges. I have used the online chat with the same generic answers, no help. This when a real customer service representative would be helpful. Please help Spotify....
