Premium not working

Premium not working

I paid for my premium account and it says I've been charged on my account and on my subscriptions list on my Apple ID but it says I'm on the free account... it's been like this for 3-4 days now. What's going on??

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

In this case, we'd recommend making sure you're logged into your Premium account. You can check here if you have a secondary account.

 

If you're logging in the right account, could you try reinstalling the app? Here's how.

I've done all those things to re download and re install the app I've logged off and logged in and even tried logging in thru my computer and it still says free account but I've clearly paid my monthly subscription
