Monthly audiobook limit (Germany)

I was thrilled to discover last night that the audiobook feature made it to Germany! I'm an avid audiobook listener and will be getting a lot of use out of it. I was just wondering why the monthly limit is 12 hours in Germany and in other countries it's 15 hours.

Also is there anywhere I can see how many hours I have left? I understand that the month counts from the date I was charged, not from the actual 1st of the month?

Woohoo! Audiobook listening limits are set by region and I do not have an exact answer as to why the limit is different in Germany. There’s more information relating to the new offering here. You can check how much audiobook listening time is left in the plan and how long before your listening hours are renewed.

On your mobile device:

1. Tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Settings and privacy.
3. Go to Account and tap the name of your plan. This shows you the plan overview.
4. Select Track your included hours and top ups.

On Desktop: 

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Under Subscription, select Audiobook Listening Time.
