My Question or Issue

If I try to change my subscription (by going to account and "my subscription" > "change my subscription) It reroutes me back to my main account settings page. This is the case for at least a Premium Duo subscription. There is no error flagged or anything.

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll try to help.

 

In this case, I'd recommend following these steps to cancel your current Premium Duo subscription. You can then subscribe to a different plan here.

Hi @Jose_M,

I'm really not looking to change the subscription just yet. Just wanted to
see the options, comparing Premium vs. Basic since we don't really use
audiobooks. Cancelling feels like a step too soon for now.

Thanks for your reply. I see, if you're not ready to switch plans just now, you can browse available subscription options here.

 

If you decide to change plans, you can follow the steps above to do so.
