My Question or Issue

I moved country and supposedly you  an chnage it by adding a local payment method, however I tried with both my new debit card and PayPal account and it says "you're not eligible for this plan" for both renewing y student account and trying to get a new individual account (just to see if it works, it didn't). I don't know what to do and would like to not lose my playlists...

Hi there @leodunadan,

 

Thanks for reaching out. For Student Discount, be advised that the payment method country, account country and country of origin of the university you're verified at must all match for the subscription to work. Otherwise, if you face issues updating the payment method, try cancelling the current plan, waiting for your account to revert to free and then subscribing again with the new payment method. The subscription has nothing to do with your music library, so don't worry, you won't lose any playlists, liked songs, etc.
