Moved from SG to UK: can't update payment details

Hello, I've been a premium subscriber for 2+ years now. I've had no issues paying for premium when I was in Singapore. I've permanently moved to the UK and am now trying to update my payment method from my SG card to my UK card as I will be deactivating my SG card soon. I've tried 2 different cards (a credit and a debit one), but both show the same error message (screenshot attached).

 

I've also called my bank and on their end everything is fine, they do not see any blocked transactions. Both my UK cards have no issues paying to any other merchant, it's just Spotify that's giving me problems. I have tried different browsers, using incognito, and clearing my cache and cookies.

 

Any ideas?

Let's make sure you're following these steps to update your country along with the new payment details. Also, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies or using an incognito window for this process.

 

If you're still getting this error message, we suggest cancelling the subscription and resubscribing once it goes back to Free.
