My Question or Issue

I have two spotify accounts and I have recently signed up to Vodafone X which comes with Spotify premium included in my plan. The problem I am having is my spotify premium is linked to my old account but I don’t have access to it because I don’t remember the login details. So what should I do ?

I have tried this solution many times but still no solution. I have uninstalled and reinstalling the app many times but it still doesn’t work.
