My address doesn't seem to be recognized. Other addresses 60 miles come up

I've had Spotify for many years. It was set up by another family member as a gift to me. We were living at our present address at that time. I decided to upgrade my plan to family. For them to use it I need to put our address in. For some unknown reason my address isn't being recognized. I have no named landmarks or public spaces around me. I live out in the countryside. Spotify keeps finding addresses over 60 miles from me but won't accept my address.

An alternative that may help is to use a Google Plus code to enter your address on Spotify. To do this:

1️⃣ Access Google Maps and enter your full address.
2️⃣ Click on the location and copy the Plus code displayed.
3️⃣ In the Spotify address field, replace the street name with the Plus code.
4️⃣ Make sure to enter the city and country correctly after the code.
