My Question or Issue

I was trying to get a Spotify premium for the 2nd Time in my account, but the payment was not confirmed and I cancelled so the next day I was surprised that SPOTIFY TAKE 99USD FROM MY ACCOUNT Ofc l'm still using my free plan! and there is no plan can pay 99USD in Spotify! I don't know what happing and how to solve this  problem is Spotify not safe anymore to use!!

PS: I'm not full in English thank you.

If you have already signed up to the Premium trial, you'll be charged at signup. If you've canceled, you won't be charged on your next billing date. 

 

If you're not being able to use Premium - please try following these steps.
