Keep in mind that Spotify only charges once a month. You can confirm this by looking at your order history

 

If you've been double charged, it's possible that might have another Spotify account. You can head here to find the steps for locating your other account. Once you've located it, you can cancel the subscription by following the steps in this article. Also, make sure to close it afterwards to avoid any mix ups in the future. 

 

If you haven't found any additional accounts, we suggest reaching out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a look a closer look at what might be happening.
