My card doesnt work

I accidentally used a 30 dollar gift card while not logged into a account and now the card doesnt work.

To redeem a gift card you must be connected to an active account. Considering this, if you "used" your gift card, putting and validating the redemption code, you probably was logged into an account and this makes the gift card unavailable to be used again.
