My card was charged

My card was charged

I was charged $119.88cfor Premium. I never upgraded to Premium! I want to know how can I get someone to help me with this situation since you guys do not have a number to call.

please be aware that a refund is never guaranteed and all requests will get evalutaed on a case-by-case basis by the support.With that in mind, please fill out the contact form to create a ticket with support.
The support will do their best to get in touch with you as fast as possible, but please be aware that responses may take anywhere from 24-48 hours depending on the volume of tickets they are currently handling.
