i got 3 month premium and few days after it canceled on me.

i just had created a spotify account for the first time and i donโ€™t have my free 3 months anymore.

Sorry for the delay, I just stumbled upon your posts!

 

In this case it'd be best to contact our Customer Support Team, since they can have a closer look at your accounts and payments and give you more information about what happened.

Hey @scaredhim, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Could you let me know what your subscription status says here? If it says Free, follow these steps and attach a screenshot of your Receipts page. Make sure to hide sensitive information when youโ€™re posting to the Community.

If it says Premium, try logging out > restart the device > log back in in the Spotify app, and let me know if youโ€™re able to use your Premium features, such as no ads, unlimited skips.

You can also follow the steps provided in this support article and let me know if they make a difference.

hey mine did also same , I activated 3 month free trial 1 week ago , I thinked I was charged a small amount and refunded it and everything was going really well for 1 week , but now today It says payment issues and it canceled my subscription what should I do, can you help me ? 

 

I also had the same problem and I can't go back to the subscription

Could you try following all of the steps that I provided in my first reply and let me know if that makes a difference? You can also send me a screenshot of whatโ€™s happening when you try to access any Premium features. Also, itโ€™s a great idea to let me know if you have received any email communication regarding any plan changes made to your account.

I got the 3 month free trial on the 15th and today it got turned back into free for no reason nor have I gotten told as to why it was changed and before you send the copy and paste answer yes I have a completely new card that has never been used for a Spotify account and yes I have already log out and back in and it is still not working I have funds on the card and there is no reason why my trial was taken away from me so I would love an actual helpful answer as to why that is.

If you have lost your trial and you think that's a mistake, I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support (you can find their contact link here). They can assist further with checking what happened to your account and subscription.

My Question or Issue

i subscribed to a 3 month free subscription the other day and when I logged in today it was suddenly gone getting rid of my premium.
