My gift card contained no redeem numbers. What do I do? Thanks.

Today I purchased a $10 gift card to keep my Spotify subscription active. When I was peeling off the gray outer paper, I could tell something was wrong. 

After the gray paper was completely off, I saw no numbers to redeem the card. I scratched the card furiously, to no avail. 

I was curious if this has happened to anyone else. I realize that ten dollars isn't a lot of money, but I hate purchasing a card with no numbers to redeem it.

1. a photo of the gift card's front and back
2. a photo of the gift card's purchase receipt
