My payment method is not getting updated even after trying multiple times

My original payment method has expired and when I am trying to change the payment method, it is giving error

Hey there,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

 

In this case, we'd suggest you make sure your new payment method has sufficient funds, and is:

  • Registered in the same country to your Spotify account.
  • Not expired or canceled.
  • Enabled for foreign, secure online, and recurring purchases.
  • Opted into e-commerce and cross border payments.

Note: Make sure you're following these steps when trying to update your payment method.

 

If your payment method meet these requirements, but the issues persist, then try this:

  • Try entering your payment details again using a private/incognito window.
  • Get in touch with your payment provider, so they can check if everything is in order.
  • Try with a different payment method.

It might just be a temporary connection issue, so we advise you to wait at least 24 hours since your last attempt to try again as well.

I’ve had the same problem and everything is verified and done correctly. I’ve tried all the help problems and nothing works. Is there anyone we can actually talk to get this fixed.
