I have Spotify premium and i paid the subscription of 120$ For a year and it’s been 9 mouth. Now I want to subscribe to and family account. Will it refund me the 3 mouths??

The balance you already paid will actually apply to the cost for Family when you switch. It will also move your next renewal date forward since that plan is at a higher rate.
