My phone number keep having error when im availing a spotify premium

My Question or Issue

What should I do when my phone number always error when I'm availing Spotify premium? I was trying since last last week but it was still not okay. Though my number works when I'm paying through google play but there's an extra charge when I'm using it so I prefer paying in Spotify directly but again my phone number keeps having error even though I deleted it and re-downloaded it, and also restarting my phone nothing happened.

What is the exact payment method you're using? Your phone bill or you want to use a credit card on your phone's browser?

Is there an error message you're seeing? What does it say?

Hello! The payment method i'm using is through my load balance. Even before
i started using spotify premium, i always use my load balance for my
payment. But recently, my phone number keeps on having error whenever i
try to avail Spotify premium. (See attached file below)

Unfortunately, there was no attached image to have a better look at the issue. In this case, we'd recommend trying it on a different device or an incognito window to see if it makes any difference. Also, if you have an error message when trying, check if you have enough funds to complete the transaction.

In addition, since this issue could be caused by network restrictions, we'd recommend trying on a different Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot as well.

If the issue persists, it's possible that the failure to complete the transaction could be account-related. However, since we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
