My premium membership is over

Hello,

So, I registered on Sept. 2015. with the offer that I get Premium subscription like always. And it was like that - I've been using it since then till today at the morning - EVERYDAY. It was fully premium and I was even using it on my PS4, TV, PC and Car and never had a single problem.

And now i tried to play some song and the shuffle button was shaking, then i saw that I am already a FREE member after almost 2 years.

So how's that happends?

Same here. And now I can't subscribe again, because Spotify is not processing the payment. Already checked with the credit card company and it doesn't even show on their system I've tried to pay.
