Payment - Spotify is not processing my credit card

Hi everyone!

 

I've been trying for almost a month to subscribe (I had the premium account and for some reason I don't know, Spotify cancelled my payments) and it seems Spotify's server is not processing my payment request.

 

I've already checked with the bank and mastercard and the request doesn't even show on the list, so it is actually not even being processed. I've already read the FAQ from the website and nothing is working (the country there is right - I'm from Brazil, the account is set for Brazil and I'm logging in from Brazil).

 

I've already tried to subscribe through the phone and through my computer, how can I get it done????

 

To illustrate, I'm attaching here a screenshot of the website page. When I put all my credit card information in and click on "subscribe", the processing icon appears but at the end the page returns to former status, as the attached image (and the credit card company doesn't even acknowledge the transaction - it doesn't appear to them).
