My premium subscription has dissapeared after an e-mail reset

Hi there,
This morning i could not sign in into Spotify. Appereantly someone changed my e-mailadress. So i contacted you to reverse this action, and now i am able to sign in again. However, my Spotify Premium Duo subscription has disappeared. Can you help me?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

 

You might have more than one account with Spotify, but since you're already in touch with Support, I recommend reaching back out to them so that they can take another look at your case.
