NEED HELP ASAP OR MY MONEY BACK

I switched to premium and it will not let me use it for some reason I have already logged out logged back everything they have on the help website so if you can please help me fix this asap.

Could you log out and back in, entering your username and password? If you're not sure of your account's username, you can find this in your most recent Spotify receipt, which is located in your account's registered email address.

 

If you don't remember your password, you can reset it here.
