My Question or Issue
I payed for a full year of spotify premium, it still says i have to update my payment but my bank says it's drawn. Would appreciate some help from the staff of spotify in this matter. Quick response is appreciated!

You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

Thanks, i have the receipt of the purchase togheter with the 10 digit reference code, i am logged in, still says it's not working. Help anyone? Wish there was someone i could talk to.
