Premium gone

I hope somebody can help me out, because I can't get in contact with Spotify. My premium is suddenly gone, I don't know why. I am part of a family premium subscription, and on my dad's account it's visible that I'm still part of this subscription. This is not the case, I've tried to relog and even to delete the app and reinstalled it. Still it doesn't work. Please help..

It looks like you have more than one Spotify account.

 

Please follow this guide to finding any other accounts you might have subscribed to Premium and let me know if this helps.
