No access to premium or family account

Hi.

I’m writing to ask you to fix a problem with my premium subscription - from which I have been locked out of.

I registered my premium subscription in 2016 with the email address (Removed by a Rock Star) and the user name veturlidi. I have, ever since, had a premium family subscription, with regular and timel payments.

A few days ago my access to the account stopped working. I was unable to use the username veturlidi and the email address (Removed by a Rock Star). The system said that this email address was not linked to a subscription.

Hence I’ve registered again, with the same email address, but I have no access to premium content.

At the same time my other family members have full access to the family subscription, and my credit card continues to be billed.

May I kindly ask you to look into this problem ASAP.

Hey there!

 

Help's arrived. It sounds like you've accidentally created a second account. Let's check if any of the steps on this Spotify Support article helps you. If not, let's check if you can find the username for your accounts with the help of this article.

 

Just to let you know, I've also removed some personal information from your post. The Spotify Community is a public forum, so make sure not to share your email address, password, full name or any other personally identifying info.
