Buen día quisiera su ayuda para resolver lonsiguiente, actualmente cuento con una una cuenta gratuita y quisiera contratar el plan familiar premium pero al momento que introducir mi tarjeta como método de pago me dice que hay ocurrió un error que vuelva a intentarlo más tarde, esta situación ya tiene como 3 o 4 meses que sigo intentando y siempre me sale el mismo menssje.

Cabe señalar que a dicha tarjeta se realiza el pago de Netflix y sin problema
