No prepaid option for Family plan in India

Hello, i'm a customer of Spotify for 5 years!

Today, i'm going to the premium family page of Sporify India to prepaid new plan 6 or 12 months but the problems is spotify don't allow me to pay prepaid plan 6 or 12 months family anymore. Now it's only allow to pay 1 or 3 months, that is a problem because me and my family need long time plan like 6 or 12 months, we don't like 1 or 3 month.

After that, anyone can hele me send new link offer to prepaid 6 or 12 months family plan India please? I tried with 5 device, 5 ip and 5 accounts but still stuck!!

Please give me spotify family plan India 6 months or 12 months again or you will lose a lots of customer like me!!!!

This is something I am amused about. I was a loyal customer till now. After seeing them remove the 12 month one time payment, looks like I will no longer being using spotify. Switching to youtube music now

I wanted to take the spotify family annual subscription plan, but it seems like it is being discontinued, it will be helpful it is back again as i have a reimbursement policy for spotify with my current company and uploading the receipts monthly is a hassle, thank you

My Question or Issue

I recently noticed that the one-time payment option for 6 to 12 months has been removed from the Premium Family subscription. Given that this is the most expensive plan among all your offerings, it feels inconvenient that it no longer has a flexible prepaid option.

Could you please clarify the reason behind this change? It seems unfair that other plans have more convenient payment options while the Premium Family plan, which costs the most, lacks this feature.
Also, I am being charges 199/- instead of 179/-, may I know why so?
Will this option be reinstated in the future?

I just renewed my plan for 1 year paying yearly(1189.00) I was trying to use my laptop browser to pay, i did not see the option to pay yearly, just the monthly payment option, but i opened the email from spotify asking to renew my subscription, clicked the link in the email from my phone and I was able to see the option to pay yearly, strange, but worked for me, give it a shot
