No me permite unirme a plan premium duo, me enviaron invitación pero no permite unirme.

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

First off, we'd recommend that you make sure that the country set on each account matches the one on the plan manager's account. You can double check that on your account page. Keep in mind that Premium Duo is a discounted plan for people, who live together at the same address. If you live together - you should be able to join the plan. 

We'd also suggest that you try accepting the invitation link again, but this time - use a different device. Don't forget to compare the address to the one that the plan manager entered.

Tip: We usually advise using an incognito window when accepting the invite as it doesn't keep that info saved.

Al invitar a mi familiar a mi plan Duo le aparece este error....

Pague un servicio de 3 meses y ahora no tengo ni como cancelar...

No pudimos confirmar que vivas con el titular del plan Premium. Puedes volver a unirte a otro plan en 12 meses.

También puedes elegir otro plan Premium que sea ideal para ti.

Hola soy la que paga el plan mi hijo está en el plan duo y no lo deja ingresar dice que no puede abrir desde la cuenta al menos en menos de 12 meses, no entiendo si yo pago porque no podría conectarse y ya pagamos
