No refund or answer from Boku or Spotify

No refund or answer from Boku or Spotify

Has anyone tried to get a refund from Boku? I'm wondering how long it takes as my patience is starting to wear thin with both boku and spotify.

I cancelled my premium and requested a refund. I was told that was fine but I needed to contact boku. It's been almost 3 weeks and I've had no reply from them. Went back to ask spotify what to do and they ignored my question and sent me a link to their FAQ.

Welcome to the forums and I am sorry to hear that you have not heard back from Spotify yet.

 

If you recieved and atuo-reply from them I would advise you to reply back to that, or to reach out to Spotify again and if you get a 'do not reply message' please reply anyway and someone should get back to you.

 

You can also contact Boku here. It might also be worth checking your junk/spam folders just to make sure no email replies have snuck through.

I have had same problem. Spotify took 9.99 a month after I cancelled a free trial. They told me to contact Boku for a refund....I don't get why I'm doing the chasing on their behalf as its not my mistake....for Boku to tell me that I need to fill out a form and show them proof it's a) my account and b) the amount was taken. Are they actually kidding!?! Will never use Spotify again after this!!

I'm having the same problem now. Did they pay up?

Yes eventualy, I had to open a new claim through Boku to ask them to reply
to the first, after that they refunded straight away. Good luck!
