Not Being Charged Successfully (Student)

My Question or Issue

Hello.

I have noticed someone else using my account without my permission somehow around a month ago, and now I've logged out everywhere and changed my password. Though the perpetrator changed my subscription from student to family and now I've missed a payment and can't change it. I've been using my student discount for a few months now, I'm at a loss on what to do aside from subscribing to a full premium and I don't want to pay just to change something I didn't do. Is there any way I can resolve this?

I would cancel your subscription, then look up the Student Plan via google. Then try to sign up for the student plan through that.
