Not Premium On Mobile

Hi, i`v got premium on the TV but when i log-in on the mobile its not premium.... iam loggin in when the same log-in email/user ....iv updated the apk but its still on shuffle mode when i log-in 😞

Anyone know where iam going wrong here please

Hey @18425466, welcome to the community!

Maybe updating the app is not enough. Please reinstall the Spotify App on your smartphone and log in again with the same credentials.

Hi Mattolo, thanks for helping out ..... iv uninstalled, downloaded and installed the newest version but its still on shuffle mode ....... every device has the same avatar so its the same account.

Cant get a resolve here, no point paying for a sub when you get the free version... pitty as it works really well on the Pc... far better than both Amazon and Deezer

That's not right! Just to make sure, does this page still show you have an active Spotify Premium subscription? Also, could you send over a screenshot of how things are looking on your device? I'd love to take a closer look here.

On top of this page it says Get Premium ....on top of the app on Pc its says Spotify Premium...On my Windows Tablet it says Spotify Premium.

My phone is still on shuffle mode ??? ...On the phone it say home where they others say Spotify Premium, sorry dont know how to sceenshot onto here.

Thanks for your help guys, iv tried everything suggested but still can`t get premium on my phone ... now canceled, no point paying for premium when iam getting the free service
