My Question or Issue

Hi, I'm trying to cancel subscription to the Premium account which is due by today to not have the next month charged. I cannot do neither from the phone nor from laptop.. it does not give any confirmation message and I still see tomorrow as next payment.

Hey there @minu85, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

Can you try canceling your subscription following these steps using a different browser or private window? Keep in mind that it’s best to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next billing date, as Spotify may have already begun processing next month’s subscription charge.
