Not able to change credit card

Not able to change credit card

Hi, my account dosent let me to change the credit card because it says is not premium, but still got charge yesterday.

Can someone help me to solve these please.

Hey! Prefiera usted hablar en espanol o ingles? You probably have two accounts if you got charged and your turkom account is on free as the picture shows. I would check support.spotify.com to see if you may have another one, or get in touch with them through the contact form. If you have a Twitter they're super fast on there too. @SpotifyCares if you want help in english or @SpotifyAyuda si quieres ayuda en espanol 🙂
