Not getting premium service

Not getting premium service

I have the premium package, I paid it through my service provider,but when I enter the app is not showing that I have the premium account. And I contacted on twitter, facebook and email and got no response. And I read a topic about this problem and didn't resolve the problem either.

Hey @KingKT,


You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
