Not getting premium

Not getting premium

I have ad a premium subscription for over a year. Now I am not getting premium services. I am being charged every month but I am not getting what i pay for and I need to know why

Hey @tencue7,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

 
Login with that username to the website to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts.

 

If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.

Thanks for the quick response but no it did not help. I am really frustrated with being charged for nothing. Thanks again but spotify sucks for not doing anything but collecting money from my account every month and not delivering my premium services.

You should fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
