My Question or Issue

I bought Spotify Premium Duo and invited my wife via whatsapp and email, but my wife is unable to use it, as whenever he confirms the address, it says "There was a problem, please try again later".

Thanks for getting back.

 

Please ask her to cancel her current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, she should be able to accept the invite 🙂

Are they logged into their account when trying to accept the invite? Also, do they currently have any active subscription? If so, which one? 🙂

Hello, still not possible to add second account in Duo. “A problem occured, please try again later”
I have a duo subscription
An Verstraeten has a premium account and I want to add her.
She receives the invite, finds the address, but after the final confirmation of the address, she gets the “a problem occured” message
Please solve this problem,

It seems like you and your wife are facing issues while trying to join the Premium Duo plan.some users have reported similar issues while joining the Duo plan.

 

  1. Make sure that both you and your wife are logged in to the correct accounts.
  2. Try using a different browser or device to join the plan.
  3. Ensure that both you and your wife have the same country registered on your accounts.
  4. Check if the invite link has expired and ask your wife to send a new invite link.
  5. If the issue persists, try contacting Spotify’s customer support for further assistance.
