Ordered premium subscription to wrong account

I bought a subscription for premiuim but i order it for the wrong account. Can i switch it over to the correct account? Ive tried email but it only told me to look at other poeples problems and questiosn for support... Neeed to speak with a person to get accounts switched.

Spotify Support is able to help you with this. They can be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form

 

When getting in touch via the contact forms, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply).

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
