• I purchased a family mart card for a premier membership. I changed my account to Japan and my payment account to Japan. When I go to the gift card Redeem website it says to put the ZIP Code in and I put a Japanese ZIP Code in and it does not work

I don't think y ou should input ZIP code but you need to input purchase
order # and user name.
You can see the purchase order # in the receipt by email.

I purchased the gift card at the convenient store all I have is the gift card. 
So if I just input the # from back of the card and leave the Zip code blank, it should work?
