Other member can’t join premium duo. Spotify won’t ask adress

Please help: I have upgraded to Spotify Duo. I have sent the invitation to my wife to join, but Spotify won’t verify her address. They won’t even ask for her address, is just says they can’t verify it. And that’s it. I need a solution or I’ll leave Spotify.
