Solved: Subscribing for Premium never works on this accoun...

Each time I try to subscribe for premium on this account, it always says, "The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method." But when I subscribe for Premium on another account with the same card it works. Can someone help me fix this?
