Over charged

Hi,

I had a subscription to Spotify and I had to cancel it because I was being charged twice in a month, one on the first and one of the fifth of each month. I checked for any other accounts linked to my card and found none. I’m running low on money as it is and I have pictures of me cancelling my susbsripction. Please help, I just want my money back.
