My Question or Issue

Checking my bank statement for the month, there are two payments of the same amount of my account that I paid, one on the 12th and one on the 15th (17th). Happy to contact you another way to talk about this.

Hey @kbeck22!

I know you already checked your bank statement and saw the two different payments from Spotify. Just to be sure, could you also double-check your order history in your Account Overview and see if those same two transactions appear there on the same date you mentioned?
