Overpayment about Student Discount and Still Waiting for Premium to be activated.

Hello,

I have renewed my subscription thrice (inadvertently) for a student discount for I needed to add the transcript of my grades in PDF, in which I have done via .PNG format, however, this caused Spotify to withdraw the annual payment thrice from my card and my premium still remains inactive.

I want to get my money back for the first and second payments and my account to be updated to Premium since I have provided Spotify with an up-to-date transcript.

I am waiting for a response from the officials, until then,
