My Question or Issue

 PlayStation has a promo that has been offered for months, that if you buy Spotify premium they’ll pay 10% of your bill. I thought $9.99 was the price after the refund, but it’s not. For months I have had premium and have not received a single discount. I called PS support, they said to contact Spotify, who in turn redirected me here.

The PS Plus Promo is valid for Spotify subscriptions that are purchased directly in the PS store. If you already have a Premium subscription through Spotify, you would need to cancel it/return to free and then resubscribe through Playstation to get the offer ($8.99 USD). You should still be able to use your same account and have your library in tact as well. This offer is also only good for the single Premium account though and set to expire on 10/10/18.
