My Question or Issue

Mi tarjeta de crédito venció y no ha sido posible actualizarla. Procedí a cancelar la suscripción para realizar nuevamente la suscripción, según instrucciones de Spotify, y el problema persiste. He intentado con diferetnes tarjetas y franquicias y no ha sido posible. Gracias

Try to subscribe using an Incognito browsing window. If for some reason it's still not working, visit this page to see what other things you can check.

Thanks for your answer.

Unfortunately is still not working. I already checked all suggestions but nothing solve my problem.

Let me know if there is anything different i can do. Paypal payments aren't available for Colombia?

Thanks for keeping us in the loop.

 

You can view all the payment methods available in your country like so:

  1. Log in to your account page.
  2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left.
    Note: If you’re on the free, ad-supported service, you’ll need to click GET PREMIUM. (Don’t worry, that won’t sign you up for Premium.)

If you don't see the option to pay with PayPal, that means that it's not available in your location as a payment method currently.

 

On another note, could you try subscribing once more by trying the following:
