First up, we've moved your post to one of our Help boards, as it fits better here. Now, in this case, we'd recommend logging out and back in twice in a row. This will trigger a sync between your account and device. 

 

If that doesn't help, you might be logging into a different account that is not Premium. You can check if you have more than one account on Spotify by following these specific steps.

 

Lastly, if you have no luck, you can contact our Support team and they'll help with that.
