My Question or Issue

My girlfriend and I have separate premium accounts.
I would like to know if I can purchase the DUO plan, apply it to her and use it together, without losing all our playlists and settings.
Or if I purchase the DUO premium plan does it mean starting all over again?

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

No worries, Spotify users can keep their same account (with all of their playlists, saved music, and settings), no matter which plan they switch to or from; neither you nor your girlfriend will need to start over with a new account by subscribing to Premium Duo.

You can sign up for Premium Duo here, and then invite your girlfriend to the plan by following these steps. 

Note that to accept the invite to Premium Duo, the other member must live at the same address as the plan manager. Also bear in mind that members can only switch between different Premium Duo or Premium Family plans once in 12 months.
