Pagué mi suscripción, me cobró y no tengo el servicio premium

Hola soy de Colombia, pagué con mi tarjeta nequi, la suscripción de 3 meses gratis, me hizo el cobro de 2 mil pesos y no me aparece el premium

When you sign up for a free trial, you may see an authorization charge on your bank statement. This authorization charge allows us to verify the validity of your payment method. It’s only a temporary hold and will disappear within a short time. While we release these funds immediately, it may take longer for your bank to process them.

Now, if you're not seeing your accounts on Premium after trying to add the payment method, there are a couple of things you can take into account:

• It might just be a temporary connection issue with your payment method, so we advise you to wait at least 24 hours to see if the subscription goes through.
• It might be possible you may have accidentally signed up to Premium on a second account, since you mentioned you were charged twice. You can check this article to find out if perhaps you have another account.
