Pay by mobile option not available

Hi! Why is pay by mobile option not available? I always use pay via Globe, but now, this option is not available for payment method. 

I tried the pay by mobile but it says that I am not eligible for this option. 

Help please. I need to pay monthly subscription.

Hey @jcrb, welcome to the Community.

Firstly, make sure your account is set to Free by logging into your subscription overview here.

If you're Free, you shouldn't have any trouble signing up for Premium through mobile by following the steps listed here.

If you have any trouble, try following the steps using an incognito window.

I tried updating my payment plan but no mobile option shows up? And when I click on your first link it leads me to an error page and i've already tried the second link and whenever I click pay by mobile it tells me I am uneligible.

I have the same problem. I tried going incognito but there's still no option for mobile
